4 Mitsubishi mechanics sue over hostile workplace claims
The plaintiffs claimed they were segregated with other Black workers to perform menial cleaning tasks, targeted with racial slurs and retaliated against for reporting misconduct.
Four elevator mechanics accused Mitsubishi Electric U.S. in a lawsuit of fostering a hostile work environment for Black employees, and the company says it has investigated and dealt with their complaints already.
