9th Circuit upholds labor board’s action against union, over bipartisan dissents
Six judges dissented from the rejection of review, arguing a three-judge panel got it wrong when concluding the union violated the National Labor Relations Act by putting up flyers, sending text messages and speaking with employees of Commercial Metals Company, encouraging them to strike or stop work to support its wage dispute with Western Concrete Pumping.
