There is no law that makes it illegal for a male physician to use his sperm to impregnate his own patients.

Two women claiming they are the victims of "fertility fraud" sued their doctors Wednesday alleging the physicians used their own sperm decades ago to artificially impregnate them.

Both of the mothers had children whose alleged biological fathers are defendants in the lawsuits.
