Baum Hedlund sues Merck over injuries allegedly caused by HPV vaccine
The suit claims the pharmaceutical giant is liable for negligence, failure to warn, fraud, medical malpractice and other claims alleging Gardasil, a drug designed to prevent cervical and HP-associated cancers, caused plaintiff Zachariah Otto a host of injuries and other serious health issues since he first got a shot as a 16-year-old boy in Orange County.




A lawsuit was filed in Orange County Superior Court on Wednesday against Merck & Co. Inc. and other defendants on behalf of a Colorado man who says he has suffered a series of ailments caused by the HPV vaccine.
