Facebook allegedly spies on Instagram users by secretly accessing their cameras when on the application, a proposed class action claimed.
In July, an iOS privacy feature revealed that Instagram activated iPhone cameras even when they were not being used, the lawsuit claimed. Facebook denied the allegations at the time and blamed a bug in Apple's system for triggering a false alert.
