San Francisco DA says restructuring office is what he promised in campaign

To see line prosecutors support an independent review of cases they may have prosecuted is a significant shift, said DA Chesa Boudin, because it shows they recognize that doing so themselves creates at the very minimum a perceived conflict of interest.
