$1M settlement for low income tenants

The lawsuit was filed against several corporate landlords and a property manager, who allegedly failed to follow the Los Angeles Municipal Code, which requires landlords to provide housing that meets minimum habitability standards and follow strict procedures when seeking to relocate tenants.
