Partner compensation grew but so did pay gaps, report finds
Using data collected in the biennial surveys conducted from 2010 to 2018 with the help of MLA's research partners ADF Research, ALM Legal Intelligence and Acritas, the report found that overall average partner compensation increased 38% since 2010.




An overall increase in partner compensation and the widening of pay gaps between genders as well as equity and non-equity partners were some of the trends Major, Lindsey & Africa identified in its partner compensation compilation report.
