Bar applicants buy new laptops for exam, still fear glitches

ExamSoft, the company that provides the software used for the online administration on Oct. 5 and 6, recently released an update to tackle possible cheating concerns.

Despite updates meant to address concerns about the October online bar exam, some bar applicants have spent more than $1,000 on new laptops because they fear the exam program won't function properly.
