Proposed class says Doordash misleads

As Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered a halt to indoor dining services in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, customers have increasingly turned to companies such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub instead of eating outdoors.

A proposed class action alleges DoorDash illegally publishes misleading information about restaurants it is not partnered with to increase traffic to its site and pressure them into working with the food delivery service.
