Widow gets $15M after special master finds husband’s partners lied about company’s valuation
Under a shareholder's agreement, plaintiff Marian Price was entitled to her husband's shares of Oberman, Tivoli & Pickert Inc. after he died. The remaining partners, however, declared the company was worth nothing.




The widow of a partner in a prominent entertainment and media production accounting company secured a $15 million award after a special master's accounting report confirmed she was cheated out of her shares of the firm, according to a Friday press release.
