The city of Los Angeles' outside attorneys are the only ones cooperating with an investigation of possible fraud in a $67 million settlement, says the new class counsel.
While some of the attorneys embroiled in the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power ratepayer debacle have cooperated with the new class counsel's investigation into a possibly fraudulent $67 million settlement, others continue to obstruct it, a new report stated Thursday.
