Attorney doubts his US judge nomination will be confirmed
Jeremy B. Rosen, partner and appellate attorney with Horvitz & Levy LLP, who was nominated to fill in the vacancy left by retired judge Margaret M. Morrow of the Central District of California, says he likely won’t be confirmed as a bench officer after all, given the political stalemate and unlikeliness of there being any further confirmations for the rest of the year.
