Name partner sues his employment firm, alleging discrimination

Dave Carothers said he resigned from Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP last month. His name remains on the firm's website with his statement about diversity.

Dave Carothers of Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP filed a lawsuit Tuesday against his former firm, saying he had been driven out, discriminated against based on age, race and medical condition, and retaliated against for attempting to issue a statement about George Floyd and against racial discrimination.
