Online February bar exam is likely, say agency officials

The state Supreme Court is awaiting the October exam results before giving any clear direction, but 378 applicants have registered for the next remote exam.

The State Bar says examinees can expect to take the February test online, but the state Supreme Court has not made a final decision.

During a meeting on Friday with the State Bar Committee of Bar Examiners, Interim Director Donna Hershkowitz said the court is waiting on the October exam results before giving any clear direction.
