Ex-state prosecutor argues her own employment case on appeal

Representing herself at Tuesday’s hearing, Jessica M. Amgwerd tried to convince the justices that the judge in her 2017 case in Sacramento Superior Court improperly allowed some pieces of evidence while excluding others.
