9th Circuit affirms dismissal of antitrust lawsuit against Qualcomm

The judges on the panel voted to deny a government petition for rehearing and no judge requested a vote to reconsider the case en banc.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed its August decision dismissing a Federal Trade Commission antitrust lawsuit against Qualcomm Inc. that accused the San Diego company of monopolization.
