Dentons calls former partner’s forgery claim ‘utter fabrication’

A former Dentons partner said he was fired after reporting a forgery scheme and that the firm's CEO tried to steal tens of millions of dollars in client funds, but the allegations are "an utter fabrication" made by a serial plaintiff, Dentons said Wednesday, responding to a lawsuit now in federal court.
