A lawsuit says Sony says doesn’t live up to diversity claims
“We are seeing a trend of large companies like Sony far too often pay lip service to diversity and inclusion while failing to provide any real support to female employees and employees of color,” Los Angeles practitioner Nancy L. Abrolat said.




A Black woman who previously worked at Sony Corp. alleged in a lawsuit that the company committed "diversity fraud" when it publicly supported anti-racist efforts but did not uphold inclusive policies internally.
Sony did not respond to multiple requests for comment Friday about the lawsuit filed Thursday in San Diego County Superior Court by Nancy L. Abrolat of Abrolat Law PC in El Segundo.
