Plaintiffs seeks another chance to prove bail bond price-fixing

Counsel for the dismissed defendants argued the court should limit discovery to documents discussing rebating and pricing in California.

Plaintiffs pursuing an antitrust case against bail bond underwriters have asked a federal judge to grant them broad discovery as they seek to prove price fixing in the industry. These include documents produced out of state that do not expressly mention California.
