Wilson Sonsini corporate practice nabs Sheppard Mullin partner
The move by Robert L. Wernli Jr. from Sheppard Mullin’s office in San Diego, where he was a special counsel, and most recently a partner, was announced Tuesday. He is the fifth attorney this year to join the firm’s corporate practice.
New San Diego partner Robert L. Wernli Jr., the ninth lateral hire by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati this year, brings his public company and capital markets practice to the firm's growing corporate practice.
Wernli's move from Sheppard Mullin in San Diego, where he was a special counsel, and most recently a partner, was announced by Wilson Sonsini on Tuesday. He is the fifth attorney this year to join the firm's corporate practice.
