LA judge admonished for social media posts against DA Gascón

Judge Michael J. O’Gara, a former prosecutor elected to the court in 2008, joined and became active on the “Recall George Gascón” Facebook page three days after Gascón was elected DA.

A Los Angeles County judge was publicly admonished Tuesday for social media activity which "gave the appearance of bias" against District Attorney George Gascón, according to the Commission on Judicial Performance.
