CALPIA chief counsel says he was pushed to retire because of age

The lawsuit was filed in Sacramento County Superior Court by attorney David Graulich of Wronged At Work Law Group in Fair Oaks. Graulich represents Jeff Sly against the California Prison Industry Authority and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

The chief counsel for the state's Prison Industry Authority has filed a whistleblower retaliation and age discrimination lawsuit against the agency and its former general manager, claiming that he was subject to a hostile work environment that led to severe health issues.
