Man sues over failure of bar exam software

The petition filed on Oct. 26 said that crucial exam software crashed while Jordan Evan Greenman was taking the test in July 2021. When Greenman followed instructions to reboot his computer in the event of the crash, the program failed to return him to where he left off in the test, contrary to what the directions indicated.

An aspiring attorney who said he failed the bar exam due to technical issues with the online test has petitioned the Arizona Supreme Court to throw out the result and grant him admission.
