Miramax suit against Tarantino raises nonfungible tokens question

The movie studio sued Quentin Tarantino in federal court Tuesday, arguing he is breaching his contract by announcing plans to sell the nonfungible tokens that reveal unfilmed portions of the script of the 1994 film “Pulp Fiction” along with new artwork.

Miramax LLC's lawsuit against writer-director Quentin Tarantino raises the question of whether contracts signed in the early 1990s cover the novel creation of nonfungible tokens.
