LA County's top lawyer resigns, citing 'personal reasons'
Rodrigo Castro-Silva had been on the job for 13 months.
Los Angeles County Counsel Rodrigo Castro-Silva has resigned, after 13 months on the job, citing "personal reasons."
Castro-Silva said he has no plans to run for public office or enter private practice and did not indicate his future plans. March 31 will be his last day at the county counsel's office.
