Consultant says Endeavor stole his company-saving ideas
Media consultant David Carde, represented by Devin A. McRae and Jeremy J. F. Gray of Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP, stated he was not paid nor given credit for an 11-page analysis done at the behest of Endeavor’s chief executive officer, Ari Emanuel. The complaint alleges unjust enrichment and breach of implied in fact contract.
