LA sues three companies over PCBs in waterways
The lawsuit seeks to abate pollution and reimburse the city for costs it has already incurred in cleaning up and ameliorating the effects of polychlorinated biphenyls, or PCBs, City Attorney Mike Feuer told a news conference.
