State Bar amends statement that appeared to blame breach on website that posted data

Facing questions from the First Amendment Coalition, Executive Director Leah Wilson clarified that police had not been notified about the data on judyrecords.com.

Facing pressure from the First Amendment Coalition to not blame the messenger for last month's attorney discipline data breach, the State Bar responded on Thursday that it was "in error" and updated its website.
