ADA lawsuits filings continue steady annual pace upward
Lawsuits filed by individuals with disabilities alleging they were denied access to a business’ goods or services due to accessibility barriers in violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act have increased virtually every year since Seyfarth’s Disability Access Team started tracking in 2013.
