Kaiser refused Covid vaccine to woman with MS, family says

The wrongful death and medical negligence lawsuit was filed in Orange County Superior Court, and claims medical workers made false claims about the vaccines and whether they would conflict with her MS treatment.

Attorneys for the estate of a 45-year old woman with multiple sclerosis who died of COVID-19 sued Kaiser Permanente for allegedly denying her access to the vaccines and treatment that they say would have saved her life.
