Morrison & Foerster adds 2 corporate partners to the Bay Area
Daphne M. Higgs and Teresa M.L. Tate came from Perkins Coie.
Corporate lawyers Daphne M. Higgs, Technology Transactions Group, and Teresa M.L. Tate, M&A and Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Groups, joined Morrison & Foerster LLP as partners in the Bay Area, the firm said Tuesday.
Both attorneys worked for Perkins Coie LLP for more than a decade. Higgs will be based in Palo Alto while Tate will be based in San Francisco. Tate previously did a year-long stint at Morrison & Foerster.
