Lawsuit alleges Palestinian group carried out anti-Semitic attack

A group of friends were assaulted on May 18, 2021 outside a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, the complaint states.

A Jewish man who said he and his friends were beaten outside a restaurant in West Hollywood by people waving Palestinian flags and shouting slurs has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The complaint filed Monday by Patricia L. Glaser of Glaser Weil alleges violation of civil rights, conspiracy, battery, assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and seeks monetary and punitive damages.
