Weil Gotshal wins $44.9M false advertising case for CareDx

Attorneys at Weil Gotshal & Manges in California and Farnan in Delaware won a $44.9 million Delaware federal jury verdict in a false advertising case on behalf of California genetic testing company CareDx against Texas diagnostics firm Natera.
