Chapman professor draws praise for suing to out cheaters

“No. 1, students have cheated and he wants to reduce the cheating that goes on rampant in college campuses around the United States. Two, he’s most concerned about students who are affected by the cheaters,” said the plaintiff’s attorney, Marc E. Hankin of Hankin Patent Law APC.
