San Jose State faces class action over trainer accused of abuse

Scott Shaw was charged March 11 with touching inappropriately four female athletes, but the FBI and the plaintiffs lawyers say they believe there are many more victims.

San Jose State University failed to train and supervise an athletics trainer who "sexually abused countless female athletes" for more than 14 years, a proposed class action alleges.
