Trial begins, teen says school ignored assault videos
The case arises from allegations of a cover-up of physical and emotional sexual abuse by the high school and district despite knowledge that pictures and video of incidents were circulating among students.




A federal trial began Monday involving a disabled student and sexual assault victim who is suing her San Jose high school and district for damages and injunctive relief over pictures and videos that were spread around campus.
