Arbitrator awards $175M to Monster in energy drink dispute

“This is one of the largest awards, if not the largest, in a suit of its kind,” Moez M. Kaba, an attorney for Monster Energy Co.

Bang Energy drinks do not contain creatine which violates agreements that entitle it to its name, ruled an arbitrator before awarding $175 million in damages for Monster Energy Co. and Orange Bang.
