Executive stole data, blocked accounts, Lacrosse group says
According to the federal lawsuit filed by Mark Stamelos and Justin Clark of Ford Harrison, the defendants “improperly copied, shared, altered data access, and then permanently deleted” vital information to benefit her new position at a rival organization.




The Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association sued its former executive director Friday, accusing her of intentionally emailing herself over 30 data files containing confidential business information, and later deleting the outgoing emails from her sent folder, on the day she resigned.
