Plaintiff says Amazon discriminates against straight, white males

An Alameda County attorney argues the online selling giant has preferred personal characteristics other than straight white men when it comes to seller policies, programs and related exclusive benefits.

In a lawsuit accusing Amazon.com of discriminating against straight, white, male sellers and other groups in the name of encouraging diversity, an Alameda County attorney asked a federal judge to take note of a recent Los Angeles County Superior Court finding that a state law requiring diversity on corporate boards is unconstitutional.
