Beyond Meat settles with shareholders over stock dip
Under the terms of the settlement, under which Beyond Meat admitted no wrongdoing, three named plaintiffs would receive $2,000 each and their lawyers, Timothy W. Brown and Robert C. Moest of The Brown Law Firm P.C., would get $515,000 in fees and costs.




Beyond Meat Inc. reached a settlement to pay The Brown Law Firm $515,000 in fees and costs, and $2,000 each to their four shareholder clients who sued after the meatless product manufacturer disclosed litigation with a packaging company that caused the stock to dip.
A class action in the matter was dismissed with prejudice in 2020.
