Transparency is major theme for committee to review CJP

In response to the state auditor’s critical report on the CJP in April 2019, the Legislature created the committee last July to begin the process of making changes in the commission and its disciplinary structure.

Transparency was the major theme Wednesday of comments throughout the first meeting of the committee the Legislature created to review the operations and structure of the Commission on Judicial Performance.
