Investors sue electric plane maker after technology is questioned

The complaint filed Monday alleges Lilium issued public documents and statements that were false and misleading.

An investors’ proposed class action against German electric aircraft developer Lilium was filed in federal court in Los Angeles after a group of mostly anonymous researchers questioned the state of the company’s technology.
