San Francisco settles opioid case for $10M on eve of trial

With Endo International now removed, the group of corporate defendants will be: Walgreens, Allergan, Teva, and Anda, opposing a demand for relief of $8 billion in a bench trial starting Monday.

San Francisco City Attorney David Chiu announced a $10 million settlement with Endo International on Wednesday ahead of the city’s historic trial next week against multiple opioid distributors.
