9th Circuit revives claim Realtor association quashes competition

The lawsuit, filed by The PLS.com LLC, claims the national association is violating federal and state antitrust laws by requiring all listings to be posted on its own multiple listing service within one business day.

A lawsuit accusing the National Association of Realtors of abusing its market dominance to quash competition from agents listing homes outside the group’s system was revived Tuesday by a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel.
