USC, men’s doctor settle suit brought by 80 former students

Six LGBTQ+ male USC graduates filed a complaint alleging inappropriate sexual harassment by Dr. Dennis Kelly during appointments at the health center. Since the original filing three years ago, 74 more plaintiffs have come forward.

Kellogg & Van Aken LLP reached a settlement with the University of Southern California on behalf of 80 former students who accused the university’s men’s health physician of sexual misconduct and harassment.
