Newsom taps 1 for 4th District Court of Appeal, names 6 to superior courts
Judge Joanne Motoike has served as a judge at the Orange County Superior Court since 2013, where she served as Presiding Judge of the Juvenile Court from 2018 to 2022.




Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday nominated Judge Joanne Motoike to serve on the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division Three, and appointed six people to seats on the superior courts in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
