Los Angeles court aims to streamline personally injury cases
Among the changes the court announced are new time limits and requirements to show good cause or face dismissals of personal injury cases.
New changes to the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Personal Injury Hub court procedures will help to ease the court’s pandemic-related backlog, attorneys said.
