UC Irvine law students help in Supreme Court case over suing state agents

The Supreme Court took the case in January. Several students from UCI became involved after their Civil Rights Litigation Clinic professor, Paul Hoffman, brought the case to the class to work on.

Students from UC Irvine School of Law participated in a case argued before the Supreme Court involving the question of whether a police officer can be sued for not administering Miranda warnings.
