Chief Justice should be disciplined, says attorney who complained about 3rd District delays

Appellate attorney Jon B. Eisenberg says Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye and others knew about productivity problems with some justices on the Court of Appeal before he filed his formal complaint.

Attorney Jon B. Eisenberg engaged in a yearlong email exchange with an investigator with the Commission on Judicial Performance following his complaint about delays on the 3rd District Court of Appeal. Eisenberg said Friday that in phone calls, the investigator revealed the commission had received a prior complaint about delays on the court.
